Probably the greatest news that I've heard over the week (well next to the two specially declared holidays for the month of Sept.) is that it's official! MTV Pilipinas has bagged the concert of no other than pop-rock singer-songwriter (of I Kissed A Girl, Thinking of You, Waking Up in Vegas) Katy Perry who will rock the grounds of SM Mall of Asia this coming October 3! 
A special performance by Emo-rock group Boys Like Girls (Hero Heroine, Thunder, The Great Escape) will also happen at the same event. 
Tickets range from Php3,500 for VIP/ P2,000 for Gold/ P1,200 for Silver and P400 for Bronze (GA). As usual, tickets and reservations are available via TicketWorld.
This one-night only performance surely isn't to be missed! If I could give up those Lady Gaga tickets, I wouldn't miss this one for the world!
